This course is identical to ConcussionWise DR for Pennsylvania Physicians, but offers a continuing education certificate specifically for Pennsylvania nurses.

The Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers Society, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Medical Society are proud to offer educational programming in in concussion prevention and management for health care providers.

This course has been designed for physicians and provides a basic overview of concussion etiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and initial management.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and Sport Safety International. The Pennsylvania Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Pennsylvania Medical Society designates this enduring material for a maximum of 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Physician should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
